  • Timesheets (with payroll): enter pay-period hours and send documents — not a live punch clock
  • Basic / Premium: live punch clock. Time-clock plans stay $10/mo + $2 or $4 per employee

What to do
Switch to B On Time

B On Time replaces the Payroll Portal for timesheets. Use Forgot password with the same email. Old Payroll Portal passwords do not carry over.

  • Go to bontime.booksntaxes.us
  • Choose Forgot password — same email as before
  • Set a new password, then sign in
  • Use B On Time starting Friday, September 26, 2026

The Payroll Portal is being replaced by B On Time — one app for timesheets and time clock, depending on your subscription. Please switch now and reset your password.

Payroll Portal last day Thursday, September 25, 2026, through the business day (cutover around 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time). Use B On Time starting Friday, September 26, 2026. The old site will redirect after cutover.

  2. 2Choose Forgot password and use the same email as the Payroll Portal
  3. 3Set a new password, then sign in. Old Payroll Portal passwords do not carry over.
